About Us

The Project

BlooSee is a web project designed for sailors and sea-lovers, a place to geolocate and exchange knowledge and information about the oceans, seas and coasts (harbors, anchorages, navigation hazards, snorkeling spots, dive sites, wind surfing/surfing spots, beaches, beachside cafes, etc.), as well as create and share sailing and power boating routes. BlooSee includes a social network for people interested in the seven seas. All content on the map can be shared within this network or other ones, like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn... The core of the system is a map of the world with information updatable by all registered users, resulting in an up-to-date global navigation chart, pilot guide and trip planning guide. The system is in constant development, adding data and functionalities as it evolves into a richer source of nautical information.

The Team

The BlooSee team is made up of programmers, designers and a business team with a passion for the sea. Or, you could see it the other way around and think of us as sea passionates with expertise in web development and social media. We are also active contributors to the BlooSee map and hope you will join us on BlooSee, and share your passion for being on, in or under the water.
