Description
Bishop Rock is one of the peaks in the underwater mountain chain called Cortés Bank.
It can get as shallow as 3 feet
Here is with the clipper Stillwell S. Bishop struck the bottom in 1855. It did not sink and was able to make it to San Francisco.
