On October 8, 2010, 225 meter bulk carrier Grand Rodosi came sailing west out of control towards the wharf in Port Lincoln, South Australia and t-boned 47-meter tuna boat Apollo S which was moored at the wharf.

Apollo S was crushed like a can and sunk. Nobody was on board Apollo S, so there were no wounded or casualties. The spectacular collision was captured by CCTV cameras.
