Local residents and surfers of Tortola may have been misinformed when they heard that a breakwater was going to be built in Cane Garden Bay. Fortunately the dock and wharf are not being pushed forward at the moment, but Save The Waves Coalition will be keeping an eye on the issue in order to monitor this environmentally destructive project.
