The quay can host 980 boats between 6 and 40 metres.
It hosts 25 business activities (among which five nautical agencies, a bar, three restaurants, a fully equipped beach).

The quay is complemented by a rich mall with a wide range of shops, from boutiques to food stores, from a residence with an equipped bathing establishment to a thalassotherapy centre, from a shipyard to a museum area devoted to the history of pleasure boating.
