Description
Ever Prosperity II was a Liberty ship cargo vessel, based in Monrovia, Liberia. In 1970, she was wrecked on the West Coast barrier reef of New Caledonia.
Her sister ship was wrecked in 1965. They were twin ships (“Liberty ships”), they had same name and same base port in Monrovia, Liberia. The first “Ever Prosperity” went straight up on the West Coast barrier reef in 1965. It was the same captain, a Korean man, who had been commanding each ship at the time of her grounding.

Wow, you know you fail at ship captaining when you wreck two sister ships at the exact same place.
