The F69 dive site in Wellington is a NZ Naval Frigate formerly known as the HMNZS Wellington, sunk on 13th November 2005 after being retired from the NZ Royal Navy.
The F69 is a world class wreck dive and one of the best shipwrecks in New Zealand. The F69 is now in 3 sections due to a large swell breaking it up only a few months after being sunk.
Approximately 400m off shore in 26m of water.
