Playa Maderas is a great getaway for relaxation and surf. It offers a beautiful beach with warm waves and a mellow Nicaraguan vibe. With the hostel, restaurant and bar, surf shop, and volleyball court, I found this moderately desolate beach to be very hard to leave. You may too.
