The club is situated in the harbor of the serene village of Gordon’s Bay, just outside Somerset West. The yacht club has moorage facilities for yachts, motor launches and small craft as well as a launching/slip facility for the part time sailor (the one who takes their boat home every night). Remember, if you want to launch your boat at the club, have your skipper’s license available, as you will not be permitted to launch your vessel without it. The clubhouse overlooks the moorage and has direct access to the boats. This venue, ideal for a sundowner, has a bar and restaurant facility for members and guests.
