Free anchorage. Good shelter, a bit rolly when the fishing fleet go past on their way out and back. Ideal place to start or end a Biscay crossing.

Lovely town with cafes, bars, shops, markets, everything you could wish for.

Do make the man in the yacht club fill in customs/immigration paperwork if relevant, as this will be *required* and carefully checked if you later visit Portugal

'Yacht club' by the marina - bar, restaurant, customs/immigration check-in/out. In 1999, the man was the local scuba diver too if needed.
