Description
Severn Bore is a large surge wave in the estuary of the River Severn, Gloucestershire, where the tidal range is as much as 50 feet (15 m).
It is not exactly a “spot” since breaks pop here and there for well over 20 miles, but the best places are at Minsterworth, Stonebench and Over Bridge.
