It is a full service family oriented facility, offering amenities such as shaded picnic areas with grills, inground swimming pool, and restrooms with showers.
When cruising by boat from its location, you can travel as far north as the C&D Canal and the Susquehanna River, or as far south as Crisfield, on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, in a day’s cruise.
Two generations of Porters run a professional, hands-on operation which includes repowers, repairs, parts, props and a wide range of other services. Since 1979 the Porter family has fine tuned its reputation for precision work on Mercury and MerCruiser engines. Veteran mechanics are certified on all models and the marine store is stocked with a full range of Mercury/MerCruiser parts and props as well as hardware, electronics and paints.
